New Regulations – Chartered Accountants.

A few pieces of legislation relating to our profession have recently been published, introducing measures to strengthen the qualification and protection levels of all professionals in this sector:

1. REGULAMENTO 350/2024 – 28-mar-2024 – Approves the new Regulation of the Social Solidarity Fund of the Order of Certified Accountants.

2. REGULAMENTO 351/2024 – 28-mar-2024 – Approves the new Regulation on Fees and Charges of the Order of Certified Accountants.

3. REGULAMENTO 352/2024 – 28-mar-2024 – Approves the Continuing Professional Training Regulations of the Order of Certified Accountants.

4. REGULAMENTO 353/2024 – 28-mar-2024 – Approves the new Disciplinary Regulations of the Order of Certified Accountants.
